How much notice do we need to provide you to stage our property?
At least 2 weeks’ notice is preferred. We tend to book out quickly so the more notice you can give then the more chance you have of your property being styled by Blaq Staging.
Do your charge for a quote?
Our quoting service is free. We will come to your home or investment property and offer advice on how to best present your property for sale. We will take measurements and photos and provide you with a quote within 24 hours. If you are currently out of town or unable to attend the property, please see our online quote form.
How long is the furniture lease for?
Blaq Staging offers a 5 week lease.
What areas in Perth do you service?
We service properties with a 50km radius of the Perth CBD.
How much does it cost?
The price to style and furnish a property varies depending on the number of rooms and spaces that require styling. Prices can start as low as $2000 + GST.
Is the furniture insured whilst it’s leased?
All of our furniture is covered by a comprehensive insurance policy. In addition to this, we also have public liability insurance.
What if I don’t sell my house by the end of the leasing period?
Our track record is pretty amazing! But if the odd occasion arises we can look to extend your lease, pending availability of furniture.
What are the payment terms to secure my install?
We require a deposit to secure your spot; the remaining amount is due prior to the install date.
What if the buyer of my property wants to buy all the furniture too?
Fantastic, we would be more than happy to negotiate a price to purchase all the furniture and items.
We are living in the property, will you stage it?
We offer a de-cluttering service and advice on how to best present your property whilst occupied. We only stage vacant properties.
We love the look and design of the houses you stage, can we hire you to design a similar space in our house?

Are fresh flowers included in the staging fee?
Yes, we believe real flowers, plants and fresh greenery make all the difference when selling your home or investment property. We provide this on the initial install ready for your real estate photos. We can also refresh the flowers throughout the five week period if requested. However if you prefer artificial plants and flowers we can also accommodate this request.
