I don’t have time to manage my Airbnb property?

We work closely with a select number of Airbnb management teams and we will be happy to provide their contact information to you. They will manage your Airbnb on your behalf whilst you sit back and enjoy the benefits.

Do you charge for a quote?

Our quoting service is free. We will come to your home or investment property and provide an estimate of the costs to furnish your Airbnb including the setup.

What is the process to have my property furnished and styled by Blaq Staging?

We have two simple options! Please call us or drop us line with some information on our contact us page.

How much notice do we need to provide you with to furnish our property?

At least 3 weeks’ notice is preferable. We tend to book out quickly so the more notice you can give then the more chance you have of your property being furnished by Blaq Staging.

How much will it cost?

The price to style and furnish a property varies depending on the number of rooms, guests, location and the proposed nightly rate. An estimate will be provided once we have attended and viewed the property. We understand that viewing the property is not always viable, in this case we’re able to provide you with a very accurate estimate of what your property would cost to be ready to be listed on Airbnb. We base this price on previous fitouts we have completed.

Is there anything I need to do?

Yes, we require that the property has been professionally cleaned prior to the install date (we can organise this on your behalf). We also recommend that you setup WIFI for your guests and have this ready prior to us completing the install.

What items are included in your furniture fitouts?

Can you include some of my own furniture in the Airbnb?

Yes, on the odd occasion we are happy to include selected furniture items that you may already have. Blag Staging would need to view the items before completing the inventory list. If the items do not align with the design or are damaged they will not be used.
